BRUSHING YOUR TEETH WILL PROTECT YOUR HEART
Brushing teeth three or more times a day was associated with a 12% lower risk of heart failure and 10% lower risk of atrial fibrillation which was found recently in cohort study of the Korean national health insurance system.

What is the connection between Oral hygiene and Heart?
Frequent tooth brushing reduces bacteria in the sub gingival area, which prevent translocation to the bloodstream, causing inflammation in the body. The inflammation increase the risk of atrial fibrillation and heart failure.

Better teeth give you better life.
