LONELINESS AND GENERATION Z

Loneliness is a public health threat linked to negative mental and physical health outcomes. ( Effects of overall health is in par with smoking 15 cigarettes a day. In 2018 national study, generation Z   are kids and young men who are currently in the age of 13 to 20 years. More than 50% of Generation Z have 10 of 11 feelings of loneliness. High school boys depression increased by 21% and girls by 50% from 2012 to 2015.
