Hi,
Opioid addiction is a public health crisis that does require many resources to combat. Unfortunately, the corona virus  pandemic is draining many fiscal resources for control measures. The data you provided are opioid epidemic numbers from 2016 and 2017 , it will be interesting to research current numbers.
